Dining at La Quercia

With an intimate environment and personable service La Quercia maintains a focus upon the individual. Let our wait staff guide you through the daily a la carte offerings, with the compliment of willing insight into regionally focused wines and cocktails.
Whether you elect to go it on your own or to take part in Chef Adam Pegg's impromptu alla famiglia arrangement, you will be treated to the best we have to offer nightly.

A La Carte

For the a la carte diner a menu of Antipasti, Primi and Secondi is written daily with no fewer than a half dozen options of each always with a considerate selection of local produce, seafood and meats.

While passion fuels all aspects of the kitchen, nowehere do the flames burn higher than around pasta.
Chef Adam Pegg prepares pasta to order made fresh daily and treated to a fascinating array of pan-Italian sauces and ragus.
Stuffed pastas are a house specialty, with fixtures such as Agnolotti di Guido and Stinging Nettle scarpinocc making frequent appearances.
Risotto is a unique case, made fresh to order from the finest carnaroli rice available. Favorites include squid ink with bottarga, classic Milanese with saffron and marrow, as well as foraged mushroom when seasonally available.
